David, engineer, explained everything from his first site inspection. When completing the work he talked through exactly what would be happing. Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.
